Terms and Conditions
This document is an agreement between SIA Draxo and you (hereinafter – the Visitor) regarding the use of the Seksam.lv website (hereinafter – the Website), as well as the rules (hereinafter – the Rules) that must be followed by all persons who visit and (or ) using website services, including persons who have not completed the registration procedure.
1. www.seksam.lv is an erotic dating and mutual communication portal intended for adults.
2. By registering at www.seksam.lv, the person confirms that he agrees to all the rules of the portal.
3. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the user’s profile may be deleted and the person may be denied access to the portal www.seksam.lv
4. Seksam.lv reserves the right to change the rules of the portal at any time, the rules come into force upon their publication on the portal www.seksam.lv
5. To become a registered user of www.seksam.lv, a person must be at least 21 years old. The portal administration is not responsible for those persons who have registered without following the rules.
6. By registering on the portal www.seksam.lv, you agree to these terms, incl. any changes made to them. Every user of the www.seksam.lv portal is obliged to regularly read the rules in order to be timely informed about the changes made.
7. Each www.seksam.lv user may create only one profile.
8. Categorically prohibited:
8.1. insert other people’s photos in the album
8.2. publish or distribute another person’s name, surname or other personal information without the other person’s consent
8.3. indicate phone numbers in your user profile and/or advertisements.
8.4. write rude or insulting words in the forum, diaries (blogs) or in your profile
9. The portal administration reserves the right to delete the profile of the violator without warning.
10. The user of the portal www.seksam.lv has the right to delete his user profile at any time, thereby losing the status of a registered user. Deleting a profile permanently loses all uploaded videos, photos and VIP status.
11. The administration of www.seksam.lv reserves the right at any time, moreover, to delete/block a person’s profile without prior warning, as well as deny access to the portal, and the administration is not responsible for such actions.
12. www.seksam.lv administration reserves the right to send informational and commercial materials to users at any time.
13. Activities of a commercial nature are allowed only with the written consent of www.seksam.lv.
14. The administration bears no responsibility for misused profiles, copyright violations and other illegal actions performed by users within the portal www.seksam.lv. Each user is personally responsible for any information they post or send in any way to other users of the portal. By agreeing to the rules, the user assumes full responsibility for all possible consequences of his actions, including legal ones. On the portal www.seksam.lv it is forbidden to post or send to other users:
14.1. video, audio and photo and any other type of materials, the copyright of which belongs to a third party;
14.2. images with watermarks of other portals;
14.3. information that invites any type of illegal activity;
14.4. information that is vulgar or offensive in any way.
14.5. information (files) that could in any way interfere with the operation of the computer and electronic communications (security);
14.6. inappropriate advertising, spam, chain letters;
14.7. low-quality close-up photos of your genitals;
14.8. all other types of information that could interfere with the operation of the www.seksam.lv portal.
15. The portal www.seksam.lv does not take responsibility for cases where the portal’s operation is disrupted or it is not available due to technical improvements.
16. The portal does not assume responsibility for any kind of losses that users may incur in the cases mentioned in point 14.
17. All services of the portal www.seksam.lv are offered without any additional guarantees.
18. If the user is denied access to the portal www.seksam.lv in case of violation of the rules, the money for the unused services will not be returned.
19. All disagreements that have arisen between www.seksam.lv and its users shall be resolved by negotiation. If it is not possible to find a common denominator, then they can be solved according to the procedure provided by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
20. Payment and Refunds
20.1. Payment for the Premium Membership subscription is possible in several ways:
20.1.1. SMS message,
20.1.2. by credit or debit card
20.1.3. through Latvian banks
20.2. Seksam.lv undertakes to refund the money in the following cases:
20.2.1. If the product or service was not provided
20.2.2. If the Visitor received the wrong product or service for which he paid
20.2.3. If Seksam.lv canceled the order, but did not refund the money
20.2.4. Someone else used the Visitor’s credit card
20.3. Seksam.lv is not responsible for the fact that the Visitor has purchased a subscription and does not use the Website’s services, and in such a case the money is not returned.
20.4. Money is also not returned if the Visitor who has purchased Paid Services has performed the following actions:
20.4.1. Joined the Seksam.lv website
20.4.2. Sent messages to other Site Visitors
20.4.3. Visited parts of the Website that are only available to Visitors who have purchased Paid Services
